Once you have booked an appointment with East Tennessee Holistic Medicine it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.  Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled or you give no notice of cancelation and do not come to your appointment (no-show) then there is a $50 fee.  Appointments booked less than 24 hours before the appointment must pay for the appointment.

To avoid a cancellation or no-show fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.  You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at tona@breezeair.net or calling our office at (423) 617-2687.  Texting is not an option for canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
